Both the civil ceremony and the wedding reception will take place at:

The venue is wheelchair accessible, and a shuttle service will be available to transport attendees from the ceremony area up the hill to the reception area.
After the ceremony, we will have a moment to take pictures with all our guests in small groups in the Ceremony setting.
We want to make sure to briefly chat and take pictures with you all, so please, do not rush!
Please keep in mind that this timeline may vary. We invite you to check this page again periodically and two weeks before the wedding, as more details will be added over time.
Welcome, 4:00 PM
The gates of the castle open.
Ceremony starts, 4:30 PM
The civil ceremony will take place on the castle grounds.
Pictures with the newlyweds, 5:00 PM
After the ceremony, we will take a bit of time to chat with you all and take pictures in small groups. After you can reach the appetizer area using the shuttle or the stairs.
Appetizer time, 5:00 PM
Enjoy refreshments and delicious food in the castle terraces.
Banquet, 7:30 PM
We will serve a two course (first and second, as Italian tradition) meal in the castle Banquet hall (cellar area). If you wish to give a toast or speech for the newlyweds, reach out to us at wedding@silviaandbogdan.com
Wedding cake, 9:00 PM
We will gather once again in the castle terraces to have our festive dessert together 🙂
